Soap
This ASMR type can be about soft smooth visuals or lots of crumbling and crunching sounds. Below, you'll see both soft and hard soap, different cutting and shaving techniques, different sizes of soap pieces, wet and dry soap play--you'll be amazed at how versatile soap is for ASMR purposes!
Terms to Know
- Soap curl: a circular/spiral peel of soap, usually created by using a vegetable peeler on a bar soap
- Soap roll: a tiny curl of soap, left on the bar instead of cut immediately away
- Cube-cut: soap with deep grids etched in it, then shaved to create orderly little soap cubes
- Flake-cut: soap with thin curls almost sliced off its outside edges, left to dry, and then snapped/crunched
